Based on the article california will not make a quick come back it could make a come back as it has once before but not quickley. There is many different thingsthat could happen.

what compromises were made?

my bolg last week would not work and i do not know why. some compromises that where made where totally against us. Im not sure what they where as the website wont pull up for me and im sorry. I wront the whole thing the day you gave it to us and saved it so i could write more later and it was gone when i got back on. I do not understand why that happend at all. It is very fustrating.
